Q. Are there any special exemptions?
A. Only if nudity poses a threat to your physical safety or well-being. Application for exemptions may be made in person at any office of the Palmyra Tourist Bureau or at any police station.
Exceptions are very rare. Women over 60 years of age and girls under 16 may be exempted with special circumstances, but usually only if they are permanent residents.
